Shipping and delivery

If the delivery address(es) entered during the ordering process are within the Delivery Zone, products will be delivered to those addresses. During the ordering procedure, any delivery address that is outside of the Delivery Zone will be rejected.

Only physical street addresses located in the Delivery Zone may receive products ordered through the Website.

During the order process, you will be prompted to choose your preferred method of delivery.

The order will be delivered in 1-3 business days via USPS.

You will be also given a chance to order next-day to 2-day guarantee delivery for extra cost.

Problems of delivery

Delivery issues that last longer than five (5) business days should be notified as soon as possible to customer service. Please let us know about your claim within ten (10) business days of the day your order was confirmed for it to be approved.

Upon delivery, you should verify that your shipment is accurate. When the products are delivered to you, if there are any inconsistencies with your order, you should indicate the specifics on the delivery notice by hand, if it’s possible (e.g., open package, broken product, etc.), and sign it.

According to the terms and circumstances outlined in the section labeled “Returns – Exchanges – Refunds,” you may return, exchange, or request a refund if the products do not meet your expectations, or you are not pleased with them.

Returns and Exchanges

Within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date, you may return any item you ordered from the website for an exchange or refund under the conditions and restrictions outlined below. Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded (in accordance with USPS rates). In case of a return because of a damaged item from our end, the full price will be refunded. In case of exchange because of a damaged item, the delivery will be covered by ARTUYT too.

Please make sure that any returned items are whole (including manuals, accessories, etc.), undamaged, in their original packaging, and with a copy of your invoice. Items that are incomplete, used, damaged, or tainted cannot be accepted as returns.
